Used in Actuation systems as part of a Kit Assembly. This is another example of where Maypole have been able to re- produce an expensive casting & machined part, as a machined from bar product.

Maypole produce a variety of Split rings sizes from 200mm – 20 mm Dia.

Maypole produce Bushes of various sizes and materials. Batches sizes from 10 off’ s to 1000’s to Customer delivery schedules.

Maypole re-engineered this part to allow manufactured from Bar rather than expensive Castings. We were able to half the original price and lead time for our customer. The part requires a maximum 0.0002” runout on faces and a 4 Light Bar surface finish.
